Job Description:

Biaggi's is a rapidly expanding sophisticatedly casual Italian restaurant concept. We currently have 21 locations throughout the country averaging $4 million per location and will open more locations in the future.


 


We are passionate about food, wine and service. Our authentic Italian cuisine is made in-house daily. Our menu is matched by great service, an exciting wine list and a beautiful dining room.


 


The ideal candidate is a proven leader from a high sales volume / full service environment. The type of individual that can inspire a staff to fulfill the details and disciplines of a fine dining experience in a high volume setting. We believe in reserving a portion of the food and wine menu development process for unit management, and thus, need individuals who are passionate and well versed with both food and wine.



Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a $3.5 Million or better sales environment.

  • A sense of humor.

  • The ability to organize and lead a chef team of 4 and a staff of 25.

  • Excellent communication skills.
